Base measures 5 5/16"long and 1 3/4" wide(at widest point).  Screw holes are 3 1/16" apart.  This pad has a hard black base that is 3/16" deep.  Overall pad depth 7/8".  An opportunity to put the correct era pad on many high grade American guns.
